Pros

-Hard working, qualified people in place to get the job done -Laid back environment -Fun career overall -Friendly staff -Great facilities and tools

Cons

-No room for advancement, just empty promises -Little to no diversity internally and zero concern to change that trend (company-wide) -Too many titles, which attempts to disguise their below average compensation -Managers do everything on low wages, just to stay employed -High turnover (this is actually inline with the rest of radio, you never know who is out next) -Building is a ghost town after hours and on weekends

Pros

Nice facility, great equipment, fun working environment most of the time, good benefits, not a lot of second guessing, good sense of teamwork.

Cons

Cheap company, not much information shared until decisions have been made or people are already fired, lots of turnover, management is concerned on only one thing, keeping Corporate out of their kingdom.

Good resources, lots of sales training, research and schedule planning tools, decent benefits, very good understanding of the work/life balance.

Cons

Too much emphasis on the useless Perks program, setting unreachable goals, hiring inexperienced people and letting them fail, poor commission structure.
