They constantly have new products and initiatives that are thrown at sales without having the A-Z figured out and its always the BEST THING OUT THERE ( until its not and never mentioned again)
Sales executive has to do most of the paperwork, research, collections etc and local managers hold only sales rep responsible for every single thing that goes wrong
Too many "new ideas" ... there's always some training and not even the most skilled AEs and Managers cannot possibly keep up with everything. They are burning out the talented people by cramming so much information at. Its TOO MUCH ! There's no possible way to focus on what matters with this sales model.
Digital is a mess and we don't get any real expertise or help . Its expected that you as rep know everything and most of the time when you ask a question you have to go hunt it down yourself.
Diversity among top management is still horrendous. Look at the faces of executive team ... not a great reflection of our country or fans. They have not made it a priority to invest in multicultural media enough. Its a joke and we cannot compete with truly diverse entities.
