      Pros

      Some really great people to work with that are middle management. The teams that I have worked with are all in the same boat, and can be a fun environment to learn/grow your career.

      Cons

      The C-Level staff are not aligned. Obviously, the bottom line is to make money, but how to get there, no one really knows. The goals / communication is not always clear and can be stressful on trying to be solve problems.

      they pay a paycheck, that's about it. But the way they treat employees, they don't give you an option to transfer or make any effort

      Cons

      They treat you like furniture. They don't give you an option to transfer if they are shutting a place down.

      Great technology but toxic culture

      Pros

      At the forefront of broadcasting technology, radio engineer equipment and marketing software. Definitely given some of the tools to do great work.

      Cons

      Occasionally toxic work environment. Completely fine with employee drug use and a cliquey / elitist environment. Unbelievable egos and absolutely offensive pay structure. No opportunity for legitimate advancement.
