Pros

Unlimited PTO. For my department, which is small, very few meetings and supervisors are understanding and easy to talk to.

Cons

I work remote, I feel a cut off between me and my small department and the rest of the company. No on utilizes Slack to its full potential and they really don't push for many team building events for remote workers so I don't communicate with any of the other 5000 employees. But if you're find with that, it's not really a con!

Pros

Audacy allowed me to grow professionally and hone in on my on-air skills for 5 years. This was my first real “big kid job” experience, and it truly set the bar high for what I expect out of a company. My direct manager was always available to assist me in any issues I faced, along with the engineers. Forever grateful for the experience and people I met along the way!

Cons

Like a lot of industries, radio was hit hard during COVID and hasn’t quite bounced back to “normal”. Job security has always been an issue in radio, and there’s few full-time positions in the field these days.
