Cons
Don’t ignore the low average score. This is not an ideal company to work for. The culture, local and national, is toxic. As someone who previously worked for a very healthy company (financially and the leadership) it is easy to spot something very unhealthy. The company will likely file for bankruptcy soon. There is not enough money to hire adequate staff. And yet the same level of performance is expected from those that remain. Departments are regularly downsized to save money - so the same output is expected from the smaller team. Decisions are made in (a) fear; (b) too quickly; (c) not in the best interests of the team or (d) all of the above. I wish I had read these reviews before being hired. Promises are often made “more of the resources you need” if you just worked harder. Always the dangling carrot.
