      Pros

      It is a great place to work and everyone here is really welcoming! Definitely a place where you can make a bunch of friends very quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can get a little quiet in the office. I enjoy lively offices, which this is, but in the afternoons it can get a little sleepy

      Successful investors who provide good co-invest returns to employees, extremely smart/motivated people, given a lot of responsibility from the get-go

      Cons

      Number of hours expected at the junior levels is excessive, and pay is not at level of comparable firms. Sometimes too much of a black-box feeling about high-level firm decisions.
