Pros

Amazing Culture! Free catered food every day! Fantastic perks (free parking, audible account, discounts to name a few)! Very bright people, open work environment.

Cons

Booking conference rooms at a moment's notice (however if you can plan ahead, no issue at all).

Pros

My time at Audible has far exceeded my expectations. There is a tremendous exposure to innovative technology (and the Amazon infrastructure) and almost any type of software you can imagine. My team is given complete ownership of our projects and due to the company "flatness", I feel my work is making a very large impact on the business. EVERY person I've worked with within Audible has had a lot to offer and been a complete pleasure . It is a growing community of which I am proud to be part.

Cons

The technology can be a little intimidating at first. Although driving to the office is a possibility, it probably wouldn't be fun. The good news is it's right on the red line so it's actually GREAT for those of us who take the red line.

Amazing Work Culture and Learning Environment

Pros

Audible has a world class combination of Smart and Caring individuals, with a common goal, that easily defines us as one big family. There are employees with differences in leadership skills, as well as comradary, which only helps every employee to get better at what they do, or want to do in the future. I personally have learned alot and am still learning every day, which makes coming to work just the more exciting.

Cons

The easy going, casual work culture can be taken advantage of, by employees who are not motivated by their work and our product goal as well as their career ambitions. But if thats the case, then the employee will only be shooting themselves in the foot.
