We’ve grown a lot in the last few years and have had some growing pains as a result, but it’s all understandable and for the better. Had a few bad hires, but they’re gone now. If you're a drama queen or prima-donna, you won't fit in here. I guess that’s actually a pro, not a con. ; )

Poor leadership and department management. There's either too many cooks in the kitchen, or none at all. No real opportunities for growth in the Digital Marketing department. Many internal issues with ego, processes and sales managers. Limited to zero real commitment to the digital marketing department. Most of the focus and priority is on website development. Low quality equipment. Used my personal laptop. Failure to acknowledge and address marketing department process issues. Digital marketer input isn't fully respected or considered by the developers and leadership. Company seems to be stuck in its ways with no hope for change/growth. No boundaries. Everything was "top priority".
