      great teamwork, great supervisors, and very ethical! Always black and white with their responses. No gray!

      Pros

      Teamwork with floor nursing. Culture between most physicians and nurses is good.

      Cons

      Recruiters do not call you back and no email to let you know if the job was filled. Sent many emails to the recruiter with no response. Very political hiring process.
