      Pays well with benefits. More than half of the nurses aren't lazy and work well with you.

      Cons

      Frequently understaffed. Managment seems clueless at times. Not enough credit or recognition is given. Some lazy staff members.

      Reliable employment, never had a layoff within the organization. Coworkers are willing to help each other whenever they can.

      Cons

      Terrible work/life balance. Poor management on all levels. Very low end of compensation scale for national average. One of the worst evaluation systems for raises ive seen.
