      Strong balance sheet, sound financial acumen and foundation of no debt performance.

      Cons

      focused almost entirely on financial performance. Vertically integrated model turns focus away from patients and towards aligned health insurance product.

      Pros

      Great staff with good team work, clean, good cafe, I would recommend this hospital to anyone. The birthing center is wonderful.

      Im not sure about the cons. I guess it would be nice to have a pension and maybe better starting pay

      Pros

      The atmosphere that Aultman provides to work in is great..Your colleagues are all very helpful and hospitable. The salaries are good, the hours reasonable. I don't see any reason why a doctor, nurse or any other worker should NOT work here.

      Cons

      Honestly i cannot think of any reasons not to work here..Maybe the paychecks aren't as good as some of the other hospitals like MERCY maybe but thats about it..and sometimes the hours can be unreasonable for interventionalists and emergency personnel.
