      Not too much benefit (i.e. bonuses) Too digitalised, missing out the personalised touch and interaction Lacks implementation, too focused on theoretical programs Not all line managers are equipped with the conversational skills (listening, empathy and understanding) Too focused on written KPIs without proper conversation with employee Escalations not properly handled

      Pros

      Good people, not too stressful, plenty of presentations, trainings and extra learnings. Generally good support from staff

      Cons

      The job is pretty comfortable, not too stressful. However the pay is poor. $56k when you start and up to $62k after 2 years. Also there is no opportunity to transition between teams if you are interested in different work.
