Friendly Staff and good people to work, I enjoy working with my line managers

Cons

I resign 2017 and I went to UAE for new job, after 9 months I got a call from a debt collectors that I owe the company couple of hundreds dollars, because finance calculated my salary by mistake, anyway I was in big drama to fix the issue, I don't recommend working for Aurecon at all, because of low level of payment to staff and staff have no respect, management treat satff just as a number

Pros

Flexible work hours make it easier to achieve a work/life balance, some talented staff make it a pleasure to deliver technical work.

Cons

Poor admin process which is error prone and wastes copious amounts of time, poor management eg buying jobs at low fees and then the whole demeaning process of forcing junior staff to deliver against their will, bullying and a boys club culture

No Bonus at all (working 5 years can confim not once has this been allocated) Below inflation increases (4 years in a row) No increases for achieving excellence Mediocre standards for delivery Poor Team and Gender culture Lack of specific skill building, teams focused on standard (old school) work delivery platforms
