      Pros

      Great pay, excellent benefits, tight and cohesive management from the top-down, very personable CEO, family oriented attitude within the entire company. A "boomerang" company! I felt the minute I was hired onto the Boecore team that I was part of a family, and that is exactly what I continued to get in the 5 years that I worked along side the Kathy and the Boecore team. Even though I was a remote employee, Colorado Springs never felt far away when it comes to your job.
