Pros
I have honestly never felt so well taken care of as a new employee. Since I have started with Boecore, every day has been chock-full of communication and invitations for training topics. Every topic is relevant, and is helping me get up-to-speed very quickly and efficiently. I have honestly never experienced such attention with newcomers onboarding, and it’s great to know that every person arriving at Boecore receives this treatment. My past experiences have been more along the lines of “welcome, good luck, now go figure it out.” With the Boecore process, I’m feeling a bit spoiled. It is very obvious that a great deal of time and attention have gone into organizing these processes, and it really shows. Beyond the pre-coordinated onboarding, I have also received a number of friendly messages and phone calls from new co-workers and teammates across the company, just reaching out to say hello and offering support in any way they can. There is truly a cultural difference at Boecore, and I have felt it since Day 1.
