Pros

A great company to be with that works hard to really make you feel like part of their family. They have a strong set of core values that promote customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Upper management is very mindful of long-term growth and development of their employees and ensures to reach out and listen to our comments and concerns. Best company I have ever worked for.

Cons

Cons dont really come to mind in term of the company. The only negative aspects that I can think of are related to the nature of our employment. We work on government contracts and thus our jobs are dependent on our company retaining its positions within those contracts. We can however perform at our best and promote our company in order to be the first choice in each contract iteration.
