I've been with Boecore since 2012 and hoping to stay with my Boecore family until I retire.

Pros

Unlike corporations where I was just an unimportant employee, Boecore knows us by name (even the CEO and execs) and treats us so nice it's hard to believe at first. The pay is always higher than what corporations are willing to pay you, and often significantly higher!

Cons

A small (~240 people) company so moving around to another position is not as easy as corporations. Company website is 90's-style but new one is coming in April!!

The owners and Executive Staff are very passionate about providing the best opportunities for people and providing the highest quality services for their customers. They do a great job casting, sharing, and implementing the company vision and values to everyone in the company. They provide excellent competitive benefits and are constantly trying to improve what they do for employees.
