      Pros

      The leadership at Boecore is very dedicated to the company, its success and its employees. They support continued education and value a fun, energized, and respect-filled work environment.

      Cons

      As a small business, there may be limitations in being promoted in the corporate office. Also because many of the other positions are with government contracts, promotions are limited to the scope of the contract, so a promotion or a change in job is subject to availability and approval. Also limited in the locations where positions work - but this is pretty standard for government contractors.
