      Pros

      Great attitude from leadership. Small company with motivated corporate staff, always seeking growth in supporting more contracts. Fair pay and the encourage employee growth with a good reimbursement program for education and certifications. Boecore switched insurance providers based on employee feedback.

      Cons

      PTO is less than many other comparable companies.

      Pros

      Boecore is a small, woman-owned company that treats its employees with respect and pays them what they're worth, and they have a great corporate culture.

      Cons

      They recently lost a large contract and are unable to transfer all their employees to new positions or assist them in transitioning to new positions.
