      Pros

      They truly Care about their employees. They participate in community volunteer events. Bagel Friday (Corporate managers bring bagels to your place of work 1 Friday a month to talk to and catch up, make sure everything is going well) Robust benefit package. Technical working groups. Flex time work weeks. Employee Recognition Event in December (they fly in all employees and their families from across the country to attend event)

      Cons

      I have not had a bad experience with Boecore thus far. They have shown inexperience at times with my particular contract, travel and security, but they are willing to learn and quick to adapt.

      +Warm, inviting atmosphere and culture +Corporate office is very responsive and attentive to employee needs +Leadership places it's value on the growth and opportunities for Boecore employees +Corporate events are outstanding and well thought out +Pay is extremely competitive +Feedback is welcomed from all employees and is used to determine better benefits and opportunities for everyone +Vacation / personal time is very generous

      Pros

      Great people and great company. Even as I was working alongside other contractors they would talk about how they too would like to work for Boecore. The basis for those comments would stem from Boecore's reputation and conversations with those that work for Boecore. I think that says a lot about the company.

      Cons

      Still cannot think of any! The owner and chief executives down to my co-workers were supportive and great to work with throughout my tenure.
