-> doesn't pay bonus on time and no transparency -> Weak Management and HR -> Performance Appraisal is a joke and waste of time . -> top to bottom management is worst , no growth plan -> limited or no communication between team members

Great, when they have a contract for you.

Great people. If you join them as an actual employee, they have a good benefits package, and several months after my contract began, they managed to both renegotiate my salary with the customer, getting me an approx. 20% raise. And, when my contract eventually ended, I was offered the option of staying on the books as an employee on unpaid leave, and they would continue to cover the benefits.

Cons

I think they have some problems finding contracts.
