Admin are weak; fold instantly at the thought of any critique from the community Admin also show bias towards certain faculty members Counselors are not advocating for all students, only those they favor and it's as obvious as the sky is blue who they favor Students have no respect for any staff member and will cuss you out; also skip class/school as easily as breathing; not enough personnel to enforce discipline since admin only care about hiring more teachers and not more staff Economic disparity in the community leads to unfair advantage for those whose voices are heard vs those who are; those with more money are listened to, those without are ignored/disregarded
