Cons
This is a private equity company, which means that the top priority will always be the investors. Because of this, corners are cut rampantly. Clinicians and operational staff are underpaid, so most are brand new to the field with little experience and training. Management are salespeople. Employees are expected to manipulate assessment results to inflate prescribed hours and increase profits, use outdated and harmful techniques, and force compliance using physical prompting.
