they do not pay enough. a lot of gas costs and mileage on your car. a lot of down time between appointments that you do not get paid for.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for helping support our OC families! We understand driving can be a tedious part of this job, but we make sure all of our Behavior Technicians are paid for their drive time and reimbursed for their mileage. Recently, we increased our mileage reimbursement to account for higher gas prices! We also just completed a change to our pay structure for several regions, including our Southern CA locations, for both current and new employees just joining our teams. Felt very rewarding working at ALP. Very nice to make connections with clients and their families. Loved working through behaviors and making achievements with clients.

Cons

Poor communication between RBTs, BTs, and other team members with scheduling and administration.
