We’re big believers in developing our staff, so they feel prepared before going into client homes. That is why we devote so much time and resources to our training programs. We want our employees to feel confident and prepared when going into their sessions. This includes safety training. When one of our people finds themselves in a unique situation, we encourage them to reach out to their supervisor or Field Trainer for help. Our Supervisors and Trainers are also available for additional support along the way for those who feel they might benefit from extra help or just a refresher on a particular topic. Everyone is very supportive and kind. They really encourage communication and allow an atmosphere of approachability.

Cons

The technical aspect of work can sometimes be difficult. Such as the software used, its interface, the reliance on application navigation for issue.
