We’re so happy to hear you received g great support from our teams and from your supervisor during your time at ALP. We’re big believers in developing our staff, so they feel prepared before going into client homes. That is why we devote so much time and resources to our training programs. We want our employees to feel confident and prepared when going into their sessions. This includes safety training. When one of our people finds themselves in a unique situation, we encourage them to reach out to their supervisor or Field Trainer for help. Our Supervisors and Trainers are also available for additional support along the way for those who feel they might benefit from extra help or just a refresher on a particular topic.
