I was very disappointed when I eventually realized that the leadership of Autism Learning Partners was incompetent and careless. When it comes to administrative work, our supervisors are ignorant and clueless about how to efficiently do things. Moreover, most of the leaders here do not genuinely care about our clients at all.

I started out part time, except I had open availability. I only had 15 hours a week for two months before having more clients. My income was always inconsistent and they only let you do makeup work when a client cancels, you work under 6 hours a day. I’ve been harassed by a parent before and the company had no response, told me they would talk to the parents and never did. I felt discouraged and under appreciated during my time with the company, loved my clients but driving 1-2 hours a day for less than your usual pay isn’t fun.
