Support from supervisors and managers when needed Kids are great and its truly amazing to watch them grow and progress Every day is new and exciting but challenging Personal Growth

Cons

Pay does not match the amount of effort and emotional strain Mileage does not compensate for the true amount of driving and time spent in your vehicle Often placed in difficult situations and expected/encouraged to stay even if it's not what's best for you Very isolating job as you are always with kids and their families and do not interact with coworkers often Very emotionally draining job

We are big believers in developing our staff, so you all feel prepared before going into client homes. This includes safety training. But if you’re in a unique situation, please reach out to your Supervisor or Field Trainer for additional support. We appreciate the additional feedback that you provided. Taking care of our Behavior Technicians is incredibly important to us, which is why we do pay reviews twice per year, group meetings and outings so you don’t feel isolated and a list of different benefits to ensure you’re taken care of. I worked for this company for 5 months and thats only because i moved to a position which benefited my career plans. but the BCBAs are honestly not that helpful, every time i asked a question, the answer was always "um let me find out" which i feel were answers they should have known.
