      Alice is an amazing supervisor. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Not enough training. Definitely a lot of burn out. Not enough appreciation shown to BT's.

      Thank you for supporting our Silver Spring families. We know how physically and mentally demanding the Behavior Technician role can be, and while it is truly one of the most rewarding positions, it can still take a toll. We have put together a lot of resources to anyone feeling overwhelmed such as additional support and training from your regional Field Trainer and/or direct Supervisor. Work/life balance is a priority for us, and we strive to do everything we can to ensure that our staff is well cared for. Thank you for sharing your feedback!

      Pros

      • Communication is consistent • Gratitude from knowing your contribution to the world is actually helping people • Supervisors and everyone on team work together to make work flow smoothly even with transitioning to new policies

      Cons

      •Client cancellations can cause BT’s to lose money if clients are not able to meet makeup requirements, however when you do this job in the interest in quality care and NOT solely focused on money aspects you still feel rewarded knowing that you clients are getting services they need but are not being pushed to any detriment!
