I didn’t work here long, I ended up having to move away from the area, but I didn’t notice any major cons when I was an employee there

Telehealth, job flexibility, training in CR, supportive team. I really liked it in the beginning and the trainings were great.

Cons

Stressful, high turnover for staff and clients, as a bcba you are also mid tier manager and have to act as middle man a lot for communication with families and scheduling.
