Pros

You get paid $1 more on the weekends and after you work past 730pm (if I’m not mistaken). Flexible hours.

Cons

If parents cancel session , it effects your hours. Some supervisors are really mean and don’t know how to properly talk to BT in a professional way. BT’s are underpaid for what they do.
