      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, mileage and drive time pay, tuition assistance, fun work environment, paid training and certification, great pay

      Cons

      Similar to any ABA center the work can be hard and challenging at times. Also they are a national company and so some departments can only be reached virtually which can be challenging at times.

      Pros

      Working with children and their families is such a rewarding job, not the best career path as you won't be paid or treated like the educated professional you are.

      Cons

      Don't get properly compensated for client cancelations, drive time, mileage, and extra hours of work you put in communicating with the team. Very low pay.
