Thanks for the feedback! Support from your supervisor and teamwork are two factors we believe are critical to your experience and success, and we never want our staff to feel like their team isn’t accessible. We strive to create work environments that allow you to have more than one person to reach. We recommend that you reach out to your supervisor to let them know how you’re feeling.

Pros

- The kiddos - Some BCBA's

Cons

Either overworked or not enough hours - never a good balance. Some BCBA's take forever to create or update a programs so you're left on your own to come up with stuff to do, and then have to explain to the parents why you aren't making any progress/ doing any work. Communication with management, scheduling, and HR takes forever. They have a 24-hour email response time rule but it seems to only apply to BTs...
