First of all, we want to say thank you so much for your time and commitment to serving our families! We believe deeply in the importance of training and developing our staff, so you all feel prepared to provide support to our families. We currently do a pay review of all positions at least once a year to ensure that we’re in line with industry benchmarks and we also try to provide flexibility with scheduling to accommodate our employees’ personal lives.
