Pros

Great staff Laid Back Corparate Office Culture Office Training with Lunches Paid training and help with taking state test

Cons

New start up but needed more support for workers in the field. There should have been more assistance to adapt over a longer period of time as a new hire. Incentives should have been given for senior staff to rotate mentoring as a way to help. Lack of materials you have to provide upfront

First, thank you for the time you spent working in our Support Center, offering support to our clinicians in the field. We’re so glad you enjoyed the team and the culture during your time at ALP, and we hope wherever you end up you find the same joy. Thanks also for your mentorship incentives suggestion. We recognize the importance of providing opportunities for mentorship and experience to our team members, and we're committed to exploring new ways to make this possible. Thank you for being a part of our community and for your contributions in support of our mission to provide the highest level of clinical expertise to facilitate significant and sustainable improvement for the individuals and families we serve.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re truly grateful for your effort in sharing your positive experience with us through a remarkable review! At ALP, we understand that the key to our success lies in having a talented and dedicated workforce. That's why we take pride in attracting and retaining individuals who are passionate, caring, and truly exceptional, like yourself. We know our Behavior Technicians are the heart and soul of ALP. Without BTs like you, we couldn’t accomplish our mission of providing care that not only helps our clients, but their entire family unit. It takes a special person to be a BT. We’re excited at the prospect of watching you grow and succeed with us, and we’ll be here every step of the way to support you.

Thank you for your dedicated work at ALP and for making a positive impact in the lives of our families. Our primary mission is to provide excellent clinical care to help forward the progress and success of the families we serve. We're driven by a deep commitment to making a difference in their lives. We also believe in taking care of our employees and we’re always striving to create a better workplace experience. This includes a focus on work-life balance, from offering flexible scheduling and free Employee Assistance Program benefits to providing training and support. If you feel like you need more support, we encourage you to reach out to your Clinical Director and have an open and honest conversation. We understand that the needs of each employee may be different, and we're here to listen and support in the ways that work best for you. If you'd like assistance in getting that conversation started, our team at reviews@autismlearningpartners.com is here to help. Together, we'll continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
