Thank you for your dedicated work at ALP and for making a positive impact in the lives of our families. Our primary mission is to provide excellent clinical care to help forward the progress and success of the families we serve. We're driven by a deep commitment to making a difference in their lives. We also believe in taking care of our employees and we’re always striving to create a better workplace experience. This includes a focus on work-life balance, from offering flexible scheduling and free Employee Assistance Program benefits to providing training and support. If you feel like you need more support, we encourage you to reach out to your Clinical Director and have an open and honest conversation. We understand that the needs of each employee may be different, and we're here to listen and support in the ways that work best for you. If you'd like assistance in getting that conversation started, our team at reviews@autismlearningpartners.com is here to help. Together, we'll continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Thank you again for the incredible impact you’ve made on the families you’ve served over the last four years at ALP.

Pros

• Communication is consistent • Gratitude from knowing your contribution to the world is actually helping people • Supervisors and everyone on team work together to make work flow smoothly even with transitioning to new policies

Cons

•Client cancellations can cause BT’s to lose money if clients are not able to meet makeup requirements, however when you do this job in the interest in quality care and NOT solely focused on money aspects you still feel rewarded knowing that you clients are getting services they need but are not being pushed to any detriment!

Thank you for this - and for the genuine advice you left for management. Hearing directly from RBTs is something we deeply value, and the fact that you felt those voices weren't reaching the right people is feedback we take to heart. Amazing clients and growth opportunities are things we work hard to protect, and we know that means getting the environment and leadership around them right too. Communication and stability are areas we're actively investing in, and your perspective helps shape that work. Thank you for everything you gave to your clients.
