5yThank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Although we offer 40 hours of clinical training per national certification requirements, we are aware that the most rigorous aspects of training happen on the job. Regrettably, our post-training field support program has been paused temporarily, due to safety measures related to Covid-19. We are incredibly grateful for our supervisor team for their efforts to go the extra mile to support our newer BTs. We are excited to launch a revised, socially-distanced approach to post-training live support in fall 2020. As training is a constant evolution to meet the needs of our team members, thank you again for your thoughtful feedback!
