      Pros

      The company recently added BT trainers to help with ongoing support in the field which is great because I felt like I needed more help when I first started. My team is awesome. I love my Clinical Supervisor and our Director. It's always felt like a work family and everyone is really focused on the kiddos. There's a lot of room for growth as well. Several past BTs have gotten their BCBAs in our region and one of the ACDs I know started here as a BT.

      Company genuinely is looking to improve and do the right thing for the clients is serves. I have seen large improvements in my time here.
