Thank you for playing a crucial role during your time here at Autism Learning Partners. We value your years of service helping our East Bay families. And thanks for highlighting ALP’s efforts in pay – our goal is to do our best to keep our competitive pay in line with industry benchmarks. We’re sorry to read that your experience with management wasn’t a positive one. At ALP, we value communication, whether with your direct supervisor, Clinical Director, or HR. We aim to provide numerous opportunities for reaching out and collaborating with your supervisor and/or colleagues in ABA, but we’re always happy to get feedback from our team members about possible solutions. Thanks again for your time at ALP, and we wish you the best in your next role.

Not enough hours

Pros

Good paid training is provided

Cons

This company hires a bunch of people and just waits to see who fizzles out. They are not helpful with getting you new clients and weekly hours. They don't really help you if you're struggling with a client, they just remove you and you won't hear from them again. I resigned and didn't get a response for months.

We sincerely appreciate your commitment and dedication to supporting our families during your time with us. We also appreciate your comments around scheduling. Currently we have many opportunities for our Behavior Technicians to work more hours, so if an employee isn’t interested in working part-time, they have choices. Our ultimate objective is to offer our employees a range of scheduling options so they can work a schedule that suits their needs, while still supporting our families. We’re sorry to hear about the miscommunication with your hours and your resignation. Our intention for new team members is that our people feel supported and know who to go to when they need something or someone. We apologize your experience was not in line with our updated standards for onboarding new team members. If you ever decide you’d like to rejoin the ALP team, we have put systems in place to ensure you’ll have a welcoming experience, with the guidance and support you need.
