      The kids are great and they pay for gas mileage . It's a great way to expand your patience and resilience

      Scheduling; it takes awhile to get to full time . Also if you have a problem make you go straight to the top

      Pros

      Thoroughly enjoyed working with every family I've worked with as well as the employees. You are able to dive into actual work directly while being trained. Great on-site job training. Even though you're often working independently, you maintain constant communication with other DSPs, clinical supervisors, and HR. You go from part-time to full-time in a very short period. You at least get $5 Starbucks gift card after leaving.

      Cons

      You're assigned 1 to 3 location on a daily basis, which may lead to huge traveling expenses that outweigh your given salary. Even though you're given mileage reimbursement, it may not be enough. You're assign different locations that maybe scattered within a 20 mile radius of your location. Recommend to college students (who are currently in school) who needs the experience.
