Pros

Hands on group training and team building meeting with team & Supervisor Monthly. Training when hired was extensive. Opportunities to cover other cases.

Cons

Many times I Paid out of pocket for reinforcements for my assigned clients. Company didn’t meet accommodations during Covid pandemic ( I asked for school and clinic assignments which are heavily monitored instead of returning to all in home cases during Covid pandemic) . Company demanded I continued in home care and to take on more in home clients after getting COVID and pneumonia from a client in home. After expressing my concern company fired me. Wanted to get back in the industry and met a recruiter who recommended me and during my interview was told I am not re hirable and that I violated the company terms ( during pandemic bc of my concerns)

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we want to acknowledge that this is clearly a situation that caused you real pain — and we're genuinely sorry for that. During the pandemic, we had to make difficult decisions to prioritize client and staff safety, and we understand those decisions didn't feel equitable or supportive to everyone. We want to be transparent that we can't speak to the specifics of individual employment situations in a public forum, but we do take these concerns seriously. If you'd like to discuss what happened and have a real conversation, we sincerely encourage you to reach out to us at reviews@autismlearningpartners.com. You deserved to feel supported, and we'd like the chance to listen.

Thank you for this feedback. Organization and communication are two areas we're always working to strengthen, and we appreciate you naming them directly. We've invested meaningfully in supervisor training and in the systems that keep our teams connected, and your voice helps us understand where we still have room to grow. We hope your next chapter has been a good one, and we appreciate the time you gave to our clients.
