We conduct research periodically to ensure we’re staying in line with industry salary trends. Diversity and inclusion are top of mind at ALP. We want to ensure both our new and current employees feel a sense of belonging. To support our goals, we created an employee-run DEI Council to champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion across the company. This group of current employees help build understanding and reduce stigma and discrimination, by examining and recommending changes to areas like communication, training, and recruiting. Though our DEI council is still fairly new, we’ve already seen several important initiatives as a result of their work, including an employee intranet hub and a monthly DEI newsletter. ALP understands how difficult your position can be which is why we work to support our staff as much as possible, with pay reviews twice a year, group meetings, and outings so you don’t feel isolated, as well as a variety of benefits to ensure you’re taken care of. We also offer tuition discounts for continued education, excellent mentorship programs, and advancement opportunities. We’re sorry you feel like communication is lacking between some of our teams. Please know, that we have processes in place to ensure everyone is on the same page, but we understand busy schedules may sometimes cause delays in responsiveness. We encourage you to reach out to your BCBA or Clinical Director to talk about how communication can be improved, and we’ll also pass along your feedback.

They will take anyone with no experience which is good for entry-level positions, very independent work, non service hours available if a client cancels last minute

Cons

No opportunities for growth, low compensation, poor communication with supervisors and other employees, little support for people looking to “climb the ladder” in ABA field
