ALP understands how difficult your position can be which is why we work to support our staff as much as possible, with pay reviews twice a year, group meetings, and outings so you don’t feel isolated, as well as a variety of benefits to ensure you’re taken care of. We also offer tuition discounts for continued education, excellent mentorship programs, and advancement opportunities. We’re sorry you feel like communication is lacking between some of our teams. No opportunities for growth, low compensation, poor communication with supervisors and other employees, little support for people looking to “climb the ladder” in ABA field
