Pros

I worked for company for 4 years and had great support from company with field training hours, the company values hands-on learning and supervisors worked close with me to learn with helping out with tasks related to managing client cases, in order to achieve the field hours training requirements. I had great support from supervisors and director The other technicians were great to work with, and did awesome 1:1 work with the kids, made genuine connections and closely followed the behavioral plans, they were awesome group of employees to work with!

Cons

Schedule conflicts, and shorter breaks in between sessions.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for helping support our OC families! We understand driving can be a tedious part of this job, but we make sure all of our Behavior Technicians are paid for their drive time and reimbursed for their mileage. Recently, we increased our mileage reimbursement to account for higher gas prices! We also just completed a change to our pay structure for several regions, including our Southern CA locations, for both current and new employees just joining our teams. Thank you for being a part of the ALP family for two years. We wish you luck in your next career.

Pros

The clients and coworkers, supervisor is very dedicated and available

Cons

Business model is trash. Clients can never get clear answers from scheduling, billing, or client services, this bleeds into session making BT job harder. Makes it hard to work for a company when you don’t support their practices of client treatment

We appreciate your candid feedback. Support and teamwork are two factors we believe are critical to your experience and success, and we want our staff to feel like their team is accessible when needed. We strive to create work environments allowing more than one point of contact for outreach, but we’re sorry to hear that wasn’t your experience. We’ll be sure to pass your feedback along. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
