Pros

As a college student majoring in psychology, this was a great opportunity to gain experience in the field. Majority of the workers were great to work with and the supervisors communicated well.

Cons

Wasn’t secure enough. Sometimes parents would cancel last minute.

Thank you for your time at Autism Learning Partners supporting our families. We agree this is a great transitional job for people looking to start in a new field. At ALP, we provide intensive training as well as additional resources. If one of our people ever needs further assistance, our field trainers and supervisors are available to provide extra guidance. We’re so glad you got the opportunity to really immerse yourself in the field of ABA. Thanks again and we wish you success in your next role.

Pros

Being with with the kids and seeing their progress is so rewarding

Cons

Supervisors are extremely not helpful and are never available in the moment you need help. Hours are not flexible and scheduling is slow. Not many hours if you don't have many clients. Overall would not recommend this company.

First, we’d like to thank you for your contributions working with our families. At the end of the day, we strive for the same goal: improving lives of our clients. With that in mind, we’ve created various resources such as our training program, designed to best prepare our employees starting or reentering the field of ABA. We know how physically and mentally demanding the Behavior Technician role can be, but at the same time, how very rewarding and satisfying. For our employees interested in more hours, we recommend keeping your availability updated with your team so Client Services can reach out when additional hours become available. Also, we recommend you make sure your Clinical Director knows you want more hours. Many Behavior Technicians are only looking for part-time hours, so it’s important to speak up and make sure the team knows you’re looking for more. ALP is passionate group that encourages great teamwork and a supportive environment. If one of our team members need guidance, there are multiple point of contact, such as their Field Trainer, Supervisor, Clinical Director or HR available to lend a hand. They can all be reached by phone, text, email, or Microsoft Teams/Zoom if not available in person. We strongly encourage you to reach out to your supervisor or Clinical Director to voice your concerns. If you need help starting the conversation, please email us at reviews@autismlearningpartners.com. We’re here to help!
