Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and for your dedicated time at Autism Learning Partners. We believe deeply in the importance of training and developing our staff, so our people feel prepared to support our families. Support and teamwork are two factors we believe are critical to our employees’ experience and success, and we want our staff to feel their team is accessible when they need them. We do our best to create work environments that allow people to have more than one person they can reach out to. One of the most popular bonuses with our employees is our Employee Referral Program available to all ALP employees. This bonus doesn’t have any limits on how many times it can be redeemed. We always encourage people to take advantage of this opportunity to help shape the team and get a bonus while they’re at it. Thank you again for leaving a review and for your service at ALP. We know that not every person is a perfect fit for every job, so we hope you find a better fit in your next role. We wish you the best of luck and thank you again for the time you spent supporting our families.

Thank you for being a part of our team! We take pride in ensuring that our hiring process is efficient and quick. We especially appreciate the work you do as Regional Trainer, as someone responsible for such a key function at ALP. Although cancelations seem to be an ongoing, industry-wide issue, ALP is exploring solutions to help our employees. We are actively piloting programs that we believe can help solve for these kinds of constant challenges. There wasn’t a roadmap showing everyone how to navigate COVID, so this was definitely a learning experience for many of us and something we’re still learning from. During the pandemic and now, ALP is doing all we can to make decisions that benefit our staff. Things like offering sick pay for those who missed work due to COVID, paid time for vaccination appointments and boosters, providing PPE, etc. We also do our best to reroute staff when dealing with cancellations. If you feel like there are penalties for following company policies, we highly encourage you to reach out to your direct supervisor and/or the HR team. And if you need help starting that conversation, please reach out to us at reviews@autismlearningpartners.com.

Thank you for your time at Autism Learning Partners. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the work you did and the difference you made in the lives of our families. Please know you left a lasting impression on those you helped and supported. We’re sorry you felt the supervision you received wasn’t up to your expectations. This isn’t the experience we intend our people to have. In these situations, we encourage our employees to speak to their Clinical Director or our HR Department to get direction or support. We want our people to feel supported in their roles and we’re sorry that didn’t happen for you. Behavior Technicians, and especially RBTs play such a critical role in the progress and success of our clients. It’s incredibly important that they feel supported while doing that work. We will pass your feedback along to the local team and we wish you the best in your career.
