Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your candid feedback about the work environment and training. We truly do spend quality time focused on improving these important areas. Training is important to us and we’re proud of the initial training programs we’ve put in place to set our new team members up for success, but it doesn’t stop there! We also have Field Trainers in each region who are there to offer ongoing support our people, as well as the national training team at our Support Center. Outside of the Training team, we encourage our employees to reach out to their Clinical Director for additional support. We try to make sure every employee is aware of the resources available to them. We’re sorry you didn’t have that experience, and we wish you the best in your next role.

We appreciate your feedback. And we agree, working as a Behavior Technician is indeed a great way to get started in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)! Especially if you’re majoring in areas like Psychology and Child Development, this could be a perfect position as many of our clients are looking for part-time hours. Working as a Behavior Technician (BT) is also a great opportunity to see if this field is truly an area of interest for you. We’ve had so many BTs tell us they didn’t know a lot about ABA until they applied, but were so excited about working in the field once they got started. We’re so thankful to those who take the chance because it may change your life! We’re sorry to hear that not all supervisors were helpful to partner with, but collaboration is a huge part of ABA and ALP. We always try to ensure our people have multiple ways to reach out for support such as their Clinical Director or regional Field Trainer. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review.
