Pros

They're very helpful, and will support you for the best outcome, for all parties. They're encouraging, and genuinely care about their work.

Cons

They're a new company, so most of the support is over the phone, or through Zoom as of now, but they're one call away.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re so happy to hear you received great support from management! That’s what we’re always striving for. About our scheduling, you’re correct that it depends on location and matching availability. We discuss scheduling options as part of our recruiting process to make sure the candidate has an idea of how many hours are needed. Our goal is to provide our employees with a variety of scheduling options so they can work a schedule that fits their needs, while providing support to our families. Currently, we have many opportunities for our Behavior Technicians to work more hours, so if a person wasn’t interested in working part-time, they have other options. Thanks again for the time you spent supporting our San Francisco families!
