First of all, thank you for being a part of the ALP family and working to support families in need of these services. We appreciate your passion for this work and acknowledge the critical role you play in our clients’ progress. We’re sorry you’re having a negative experience. Pros

The kids are the only reason I stayed so long.

Cons

Communication is HORRIBLE. I had no idea who my "boss" was, who HR was, who scheduling was. Literally not a damn clue. The only person I knew, was the ever-changing supervisor on my current case. Also, you get barely any training, and then get thrown into the field with no support whatsoever. I worked there for 10 months, and still didn't feel like I knew what I was doing at the end.

Let us begin by saying thank you for your contributions in working with our Inland Empire families. At the end of the day, we strive for the same goal: improving lives of our clients. With that in mind, we’ve designed our training to best prepare our employees to start or reenter the field of ABA. In addition to our initial orientation training (first two weeks working with the training team before our employees ever see a client), we also offer 1 to 1 support from our Field Trainers who are based in every region and there to help remotely or in-person when needed. And if our people want to review any training or learn at their own pace, we also offer more resources on-line and in the clinics for those needing further support. ALP is a passionate group that encourages great teamwork and a supportive environment. If a team member ever needs guidance, there are multiple points of contact, such as their Field Trainer, Supervisor, Clinical Director or HR available to help. They can all be reached by phone, text, email, or Microsoft Teams/Zoom if not available in person. We’re sorry you felt your time spent at ALP was not a positive one, but we know that not every person is a perfect fit for every job, so we hope you find a better fit in your next role. We wish you the best of luck, and thank you again for the time you spent supporting our families.

Thank you for playing a crucial role during your time here at Autism Learning Partners. We value your years of service helping our East Bay families. And thanks for highlighting ALP’s efforts in pay – our goal is to do our best to keep our competitive pay in line with industry benchmarks. We’re sorry to read that your experience with management wasn’t a positive one. At ALP, we value communication, whether with your direct supervisor, Clinical Director, or HR. We aim to provide numerous opportunities for reaching out and collaborating with your supervisor and/or colleagues in ABA, but we’re always happy to get feedback from our team members about possible solutions. Thanks again for your time at ALP, and we wish you the best in your next role.
