The call center is full of fake people who gossip. There is no opportunity for raises or advancement. Work 6 days a week on a "rotating shift" but really your a fill in for lunch breaks if your not in the click and for roatating the same people seem to carry same shift and Sundays off (not rotating). Company based of favoritism. Requested time off is looked over, no sick days, no paid time off, work all major holidays and benefits are terrible. Very high turn over rate

The new owners have cut everyone’s hrs, changed the benefits,and changed commissions from a percentage of what you bring into the company, to a dollar a job. They keep the rest. They also have no HR department, so you have no one to talk to about issues. They buy companies, but don’t work with those companies on their issues. It takes weeks to get stuff done.
