Customer service is not a priority, answering the phone is more important than helping customers in front of you. Upper management only worried about the numbers.

No pros at all really. The receptionist seemed nice. She was the only pleasant person there.

Cons

Everything is a con. If you're a professional individual ignore their job posting. Totally unprofessional interview. Everyone looks unhappy and stressed. Rude management! Very odd environment. I can only imagine what it's like working there. Trust me, if you looking for a job don't look there.

Weekly pay check thats about it. Benefits ok but you pay for them. Off Sunday but be prepared to work on Saturdays so 6 day week

Cons

Absolutely negative environment where everyone hates working there. Benefits pricey. Be prepared to deal with unhappy customers. 50-60 hour work week on salary
